Having Faith
Faith is the belief in yourself that you can do the job. It is one quality the employer has when he hires you. He believes that YOU can do the job. It is also the belief and the trust that you have in others with whom you work. you believe that the work you receive from other departments is acceptable, correct, and as specified.
Faith can be developed… especially with good cooperative fellow workers whom you can trust.
